Returns

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The book is unused and in the same condition as it was received.

  • The book is the latest and valid edition sold by CSSPAKISTAN.

  • The book is returned with its original packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase.

There is no fixed return period. However, customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they wish to return an eligible item.

How to Request a Return

All return requests are accepted only through WhatsApp or phone call.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is requested because the customer didn't like the book, changed their mind, or found it not suitable, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

  • If CSSPAKISTAN has sent the wrong book, wrong edition, or an incorrect item, CSSPAKISTAN will bear all return and exchange shipping charges.

  • If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy, the return request may be declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect book, or the wrong edition, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call at 0344-4055508 so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-printed or personalised items.

  • Books that have been used, written on, highlighted, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

  • Older or outdated editions that are no longer the latest edition sold by CSSPAKISTAN.

  • Clearance or sale items, unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
